What sits behind the purchase stays visible in the app, with a padlock beside it, so you know it is there. Every padlock points to the same buy button, so there is one place where you pay and not five.
Questions about the purchase
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay 4.95 euro once and that is the end of it. There is no second charge and there is nothing to cancel.
What exactly am I paying for?
For seven things: an unlimited history, the ticket vault, bulk scanning with an Excel list, searching a shared PDF, saving as SVG or PDF, a PNG at 2048 pixels, and a logo from a file instead of only from your gallery.
Does the purchase come along to a new phone?
Yes. The purchase is tied to your Google account, not to the device. On your new phone you install the app with the same account and tap Restore purchases, under the buy button.
Why is the price not in the app itself?
Because the app fetches it from the store. That way every country gets the right amount, the right symbol and the right VAT, even if one of those changes somewhere. A price baked into the app is wrong sooner or later.
What happens with a refund?
Then Pro goes off again. At every start the app asks the store whether the purchase is still in this account's name, and only after several negative answers in a row does Pro disappear. One moment without a signal is no proof of a refund, and you should not lose features over that.
Can I try the app first?
That is the free version, and it is not there to talk you into anything. Scanning, creating all twenty types, the encrypted history (up to 25 scanned and 25 made codes), sharing and the backup are simply in it, with no time limit and no advertising.
